I have never fibre glassed before and was a little nervous about starting, I had spent hours watching youtube videos and eventually decided I just need to give it a go.
I used a 600g Biaxial woven glass that I bought as 150mm tape and cut it down to 100mm when needed.
I used the 2 phase method, wetting the plywood first with epoxy and then laying on the tape.
I used a small roller to apply the epoxy first and then laying the tape on and applying more epoxy until the tape looked translucent. I then went over it several times with a roller to get any air bubbles out.

I used peel ply to avoid having to sand down later.
